Greenbelt Homes, Inc. (GHI) is located next to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295), at the Greenbelt Road exit (MD 193). GHI is near the Capital Beltway (I-495) and I-95, and a short distance from Maryland Route 50. This is an ideal location for commuters who work in the District of Columbia, Baltimore, Annapolis, Fort Meade, or other locations in the metropolitan Washington area.

Greenbelt is served by Metrorail and Metrobus and Prince George's County TheBus.

Directions to Hamilton Place, main office of Greenbelt Homes, Inc:

• From Baltimore and points North: Take I-95 South to the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295). Exit onto MD-193 W/Greenbelt Road. Take a sharp RIGHT at Southway (signs for Baltimore-Washington Parkway/Washington). Take the second RIGHT onto Ridge Road. Take the second RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• From Washington, DC and points South: Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295) North toward Baltimore. Exit onto MD-193 W/Greenbelt Road. Take a sharp RIGHT at Southway (signs for Baltimore-Washington Parkway/Washington). Take the second RIGHT onto Ridge Road. Take the second RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• From the East and West via the Capital Beltway: Follow the Capital Beltway (I-495) to MD-201/Kenilworth Ave toward Bladensburg/Greenbelt. Go North on MD-201/Kenilworth Avenue. Take the first RIGHT onto Crescent Road. Take the seventh LEFT onto Gardenway. Take the first LEFT onto Ridge Road. Take the first RIGHT onto Hamilton Place. The GHI Main Office will be on your LEFT.
• Via public transportation: Take Metrorail to Greenbelt, and then take TheBus 11 towards Greenbelt or Metrobus G12 towards New Carrolton Station. From TheBus 11, exit on Crescent Rd at Gardenway, walk up Gardenway to Ridge Rd, make a left, and then make a right on Hamilton Place. From the G12, exit on Ridge Rd at the stop closet to Hamilton Place, a one block street that ends at the GHI Office.
