GHI APPEALS REAL ESTATE TAX ASSESSMENTS

GHI has filed appeals for the common area as well as 230 properties, primarily 1 and 2 bedroom frame middle units. It was determined by management and the GHI tax attorney that these units, as a group, might best benefit from an appeal. The members of these units have been notified of the GHI appeal. This appeal will not interfere with any appeal a member may have submitted themselves.

Members who filed a tax appeal, before the January 3 deadline, and have not yet notified GHI, please e-mail Jperry@greenbelthomes.net or call 301-474-4161 ext. 133. The Assessor’s Office may contact GHI regarding an individual appeal, and it would be helpful to have this information on file.
