GHI NOW OFFERS ONLINE PAYMENT OPTIONS


As part of our commitment to provide members with secure convenient methods to pay monthly coop fees and Fee-For-Service invoices, GHI now accepts credit card and electronic check (eCheck) payments through our website.   A link has been established with CommunityPLUS, A division of North State Bank, to process these transactions safely and securely. While processing an eCheck is free of charge, there is a convenience fee for processing credit card payments.  Payments made on-line may take up to three days to post to your account.

Are There Any Fees?

There are no fees to you for paying online if you are paying by eCheck regardless of the number of times you use this service.  However, there is a convenience fee each time you use a debit or credit card.

 How Does It Work?

Online bill paying is available on our website.  Simply click on the link, complete the requested information and enter the amount you wish to pay. You will need to have information from your coupon to complete this process, so feel free to contact  Contract Processing in the Finance Department if you have trouble locating this information.

Once the payment is completed, it will be applied to your account within 3 business days.

Is It Safe to Use?

The entire transaction process, from the beginning to completing the payment, is encrypted for your privacy and security. Your requests are securely transmitted directly to your GHI account; GHI never receives financial information such as the name of your bank or your card or account numbers.
