Bylaws

The Bylaws establish the purpose and powers of the Corporation, its principles of operation, its means of handling business, its method of electing directors to supervise and control the business operations, and its financial controls. The Bylaws ensure effective control of GHI by its membership by giving each member an equal share with one vote.
