**NOTE – This meeting will be held in-person at the Greenbelt Youth Center Gymnasium as well as via Zoom; however, if you attend virtually, you will not have the ability to participate in any discussions. All members, attending in-person or virtually, will be provided an opportunity to vote through Simply Voting (the same company we utilize for Annual Meeting elections); any prohibitions only apply to participation in discussions during the meeting.
