The Greenbelt Labor Day Festival was started in 1955 as a way of raising funds to build a Youth Center. It has been held every year by the Greenbelt Labor Day Festival Committee and is one of Maryland’s largest all-volunteer organized events.
2024 will mark the 70th year of the Festival. It will take place Friday, August 30 through Monday, September 2nd in historic Roosevelt Center, 101 Centerway in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Festival Hours:
Friday, August 30 – 6-11pm
Saturday, August 31, 9am – 11pm
Sunday, September 1 – 9am – 11pm
Monday, September 2 – 9am – 6pm
GHI will man a booth at the festival.
