Member Handbook

..The handbook provides all the information a member needs to know about living in GHI. It is updated frequently in order to be current and accurate, and is searchable for quick access to needed information.

The handbook explains the history of GHI and, based on its articles of incorporation, the governing documents under which GHI functions. Management policies and the role of the board of directors are provided. It explains the organization of GHI – its staff and their roles, and the services and amenities available to members. The rights and responsibilities of membership are detailed in the handbook.

Much of the handbook addresses the rules concerning how to care for a home and yard. It explains how to make improvements and alterations to a home and whether a permit must be obtained, and the process for requesting one if needed.
